Telephone Consultation

Prior to scheduling a telephone consultation, you may find the answer to you question in our Blog pages.

Appropriate Topics for Call

Questions about choosing the right breed for your lifestyle is a great topic for a telephone consultation. We can also give advice on whether a Service Dog is a good choice for a specific person with a disability.

Management of a young puppy is also well suited to a conversation, such as:

  • housebreaking
  • feeding, sleeping, exercise schedules
  • crate training

Seeking advice on how to introduce your dog to a new baby or a new dog or cat is a good discussion for a telephone consultation.

Step-by-step “training methods” are very challenging to discuss without seeing the dog and handler in person. As an example, a question like, “how do I stop my dog from biting,” cannot be appropriately handled over the phone. Feel free to send an email. If your topic is not possible to resolve using a remote call, we’ll tell you.
